Day twenty two_BP_9664  –I have a few grateful days to catch up on! I am grateful to have seen Ayers Rock – up close and personal and from a helicopter. I was in awe of it’s size, colour and textures…It really is as awesome as everyone says it is!

Day twenty three – I am grateful to have seen some of the most extraordinary sunsets ever in the outback…Nature at it’s best.

Day twenty four – I am grateful for the peace and sense of space the outback gave to me. Just what I needed….

Sydney & all those beautiful lights….

Spending a night out & about in our beautiful city with my camera is like gold to me 🙂

Recently, I spent the evening with a couple of ‘like minded’ photographers and set off to Mrs. Macquaries Chair for sunset and then onto Luna Park for the bright lights.

There is always so much to see and photograph…

I absolutely love our city at night – stunning isn’t it?

Enjoy the pics. Click on the first image to view all the pics as a slideshow.

Photo of the day…black & white sunset

Sunset….the end of a day and a great opportunity for a photograph…. 🙂

This photo was taken under Captain Cook bridge in Sydney’s southern suburbs looking towards Tom Ugly’s bridge…

I used a tripod and a long exposure to give the water that white milky effect..

I then converted the photo to black & white to give the scene a different feel…

I like it, what do you think?

Please leave your comments below, I’d love to hear them. 🙂

Photo of the day…

Hi everyone,

I’ve had a few requests to blog my ‘photo of the day’, so this post will show all the pics I’ve put up over the past week…

PLEASE SUBSCRIBE TO MY BLOG, OR LEAVE SOME COMMENTS…so you can enjoy a new photograph every day!

The Giraffe, my favourite – Isn’t he cute? This shot was taken at Taronga Zoo on a glorious Spring day…To all the photographers out there, whats your favourite animal to photograph?

Waikiki Beach, Hawaii…the sunset that day was spectacular with rich golden colours…wouldn’t you love to be there right now?

Venice Beach, California – I love the symmetry in this shot – 3 huts, 3 boards & that ‘timely’ bird…yes, he really did fly right into the middle of the shot:)

I love this image..A beautiful old building in ‘St Paul de Vence’, a medieval village in the south of France. Timeless.

The Chrysler Building in NYC, Art Deco and very retro. Hmm….I love it!!! This was taken on a very rainy overcast day from the Empire State Building….

One of my favourite pics….The Dakota Building New York. This shot was taken from Central Park on a super cold winters day….

Have a great day
