Photo of the day…..Behind the Blossoms….and the story made the newspaper!!

I let you all know a few weeks ago that my photo came second in the rural photography section of the Royal Easter Show 🙂

I am immensely proud of this and today there is a write up in my local paper!!

The photo was taken in Sofala, NSW, a beautiful country town where time really has stood still.

Hi everyone,

Well its been a very busy week at my desk. I was interviewed by a Journalist from my local paper about the story behind my photograph that features in the 2012 Weather channel calendar. It was so exciting!!

I was also photographed (it felt very different being in front of the camera) and the story was published this week.

The 2012 weather channel calendar is gorgeous. It is beautifully printed and features 12 GREAT weather photos.

The best part? Its $18 inc postage! It is available at http://www.weatherchannel.com.au/shop

until next time,

Christine

Christine & Robert….

Christine and Robert are a beautiful couple and we had a ball on their wedding day. The day started out early at Christine’s parents home at Croydon. We photographed the girls getting ready and Robert decided to surprise Christine by sending their beloved dog over to see her whilst she was getting ready – she loved it!

We then headed off to Curzon Hall at Marsfield for the Ceremony and Reception. We had so much fun, I’ve never seen a full dance floor doing the YMCA at a day time wedding before!!

The skies really opened up for our location shoots at Blues Point Reserve, Martin Place and The Rocks. It didn’t dampen anyones spirits though, no-one in the bridal party seemed to even notice the rain….

Congratulations again guys….thanks to everyone for making the day so special..Dont forget to click on the images to enlarge them.
